📘 Digital Products (E-Books, Templates, PDFs)

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable. Digital files are delivered immediately upon purchase. Once delivered, they cannot be returned or revoked, and therefore we do not offer refunds for ebooks or other downloadable resources. By purchasing, you accept that all digital products are non-refundable.

🎥 Courses, Programs & Educational Material

Course enrollments and educational content are final and non-refundable once access is granted. Trading requires effort, practice, and discipline. Educational content alone does not guarantee results, profits, or funding, and we do not offer refunds based on performance, personal expectations, or lack of usage.

🐺 Mentorship & Coaching

Mentorship is a high-touch, personalized service. Because of the time, preparation, and intellectual property involved, all mentorship sales are final.

Once you:

attend onboarding,

access private lessons or the community, or

schedule your first session,

your payment is 100% non-refundable. If you fail to participate, attend sessions, or complete assignments, you are still responsible for full payment.

👕 Apparel & Physical Merchandise

For merchandise such as hoodies, shirts, or other physical items:

Items damaged or defective upon arrival may be replaced at our discretion.

To qualify, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

We do not offer refunds for sizing mistakes, buyer’s remorse, or normal wear.

🚫 Unauthorized or Accidental Purchases

We do not provide refunds for:

accidental purchases

purchasing the same item twice

claims of “I didn’t know what this was”

changing your mind after access is delivered

⚖️ Dispute Resolution & Chargebacks

We take friendly fraud and unwarranted chargebacks seriously. If you experience an issue with your digital delivery or billing, you must contact our support team to resolve the issue before reaching out to your bank. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first is a violation of this policy and will result in permanent removal from all Chart Wolf platforms.
